Justice is ecstatic to announce that earlier this month, after years of requests, negotiations, and legal battles, all four tax shelter programs (COIP, RLG, MLF and PGI) have provided Confirmation of Loan Settlement documents for all Justice Participants of the 1st bulk shipment!!! While the programs were legally required to do so, their directors spent years attempting to evade their responsibilities – putting all participants in very serious financial situations.
As you most probably know, the Confirmation of Loan Settlement was the crucial missing component in this whole process. Each Confirmation of Loan Settlement received clearly shows a ‘balance owing’ of $0, certifying that the participant in question has settled their outstanding loan!
This development is monumental, and represents the culmination of years of tireless (and often frustrating) work and hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of legal fees absorbed by Justice. The international team at Justice has given their all to this cause, and is absolutely overjoyed to be able to finally report this incredible breakthrough. The financial and emotional wellbeing of our participants is so important to us, and so we just couldn’t wait to relay the good news!
