As a donor in the RLG & MLF Programs and given my 37 years of Income Tax experience: (8 ½ years with Revenue Canada as an Auditor and Appeals Office); I have come to the conclusion that the Justice Pharma Program is, in fact, the only Compliant Debt Settlement Solution available to me. I have analyzed the original contracts, the CRA proposal letters, the Notices of Objection prepared on my behalf as a donor, the Income Tax Act and the Jurisprudence that is pertinent to the issues at hand.
For me, it is paramount that I clear away the confusion that is so prevalent regarding other possible solutions and make an informed decision based on facts, the law, and the bona-fide transactions outlined in the contracts of RLG, MLF and ultimately the Justice Pharma Program Contract.
In my view, there are three basic criteria that must be met in order to settle my loan and maintain my legitimate tax credit.
I must access and purchase the identical quantity and quality of replacement pharmaceuticals. They must be purchased from a vendor which can provide a bona fide written confirmation from one or more World Health Organizations with good manufacturing practices, manufacturing facility or facilities. The Justice Pharma Contract includes this in the contract and furthermore provides evidence of title and delivery with complete documentation from start to finish.
The vendor used must be a company that operates at ARM’S LENGTH, from the companies from which I made my original purchase. The Justice Trading Pharma Program is the only arm’s length solution available at this time.
I must fulfill the criteria of a FULL-RECOURSE LOAN used in my original contract through which I borrowed to donate. By participating in the Justice Pharma Program I have met all of the necessary criteria in this regard according to the Income Tax Act and Jurisprudence that has addressed this issue in previous Federal Court decisions.
In conclusion, it is my view that I have now settled my loan compliantly and have legal representation in that regard. Furthermore, I now have the EVIDENCE to refute the CRA arguments and, as such, I have maintained and preserved my tax credit claimed. I have seen no other proposed settlement solution that can meet or even address the critical and absolutely necessary criteria outlined herein. The Justice Trading Pharma solution is the ONLY one based on the facts, the law and pertinent jurisprudence. As a donor and agent, I am thankful and grateful that we do, in fact, have this solution for all donors throughout Canada.

I purchased on credit and donated pharmaceuticals through the COIP, RLG and MLF programs from 2008 to 2012. I believed and trusted these programs to be very helpful to many people in dire need of help, while at the same time providing me with generous tax credits offered by the Government of Canada.
